Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All images represent the actual products we sell. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences, but the design and quality will remain the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

How can I return an item?

Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Are the charms reusable?

Yes, they can be re-stuck up to 5 times, provided they’re handled with care.

Are the charms pre-stuck on the covers purchased?

No. The charms are sold separately so you can place them exactly how and where you prefer.
