By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

4. Saved Payment Methods

If you choose to save your payment method, your card details are securely stored by Stripe, in accordance with their security standards and PCI-DSS compliance.

Phone Candy does not have access to your full card number or security code. Saved payment methods can be managed or removed by logging into your account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Phone Candy delivers only within Dubai, UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

6. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence for review.
